Linalyl acetate is a kind of edible flavor which is temporarily allowed to be used in China. It can be used in the preparation of fruity edible flavor such as pineapple, gooseberry, citrus, peach, etc. The dosage is according to the Chemicalbook of normal production. Generally 13mg/kg in chewing gum; 11mg/kg in candy; 8.9mg/kg in baked food; The dosage in the cold drink was 3.8mg/kg.
Mainly used for the preparation of citrus, apricot, pear, peach, plum, gooseberry and other flavors.
